HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
- Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in metros, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India.
- Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES?
Currently we are giving free shipping on order above Rs 300. Shipping charges are applicable below that of Rs 80/-
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?
- For prepaid or COD orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the products they will try for 3 times and if they can’t deliver they send it back to us, once we receive we will initiate a re-shipping process within 24-48 hours.(reshipping charges may apply.)
- Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via mail or whatsapp within 2 days from order delivered date. We can’t escalate order delivered issue after 2 days from order delivered date.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?
- Any issues parcel opening video must.
- We can exchange if there are any Fitting issues or wrong products delivered by us.
- We can’t refund.
- If order moved to production we can’t cancel the order.
- For return just Contact us with your order id number. we try our best to reply with in 24 hours.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER(S)?
- Since we are providing customized cases and delivering orders on customer specific need we cannot cancel any orders.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUND?
- Since we are providing customized cases and delivering orders on customer specific needs we cannot refund. notes: processing fees cannot be refunded, for example shipping charges, payment gateway charges, order processing charges, etc.
- Notes: We cannot refund shipping charges, payment gateway charges, website processing fees under any circumstances.
Some Exceptions
- We will ship some products based on color availabilities and same will be sent to customers without any prior information ex. Smoke case, Soft silicone case, Hair Accessories etc.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact us and get confirmation from us.
- Note: Parcel opening video must for Return or Exchange, we need proper unboxing video without a single cut showing the initial packing of the parcel. If you’ve opened the parcel then shoot the video, we won’t entertain that request. You have to make the video from the start i.e. when courier boy handed you the parcel in same condition itself. We won’t take any such special request’s if you’ve opened the parcel then sent the video.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAIL?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.
