Return Policy
- Any issues parcel opening video is must with the initial packing of the parcel.
- Replacement will be sent if there are any fitting issues or wrong products delivered by us.
- Note: - Replacement won’t be possible is there a lens protector or a skin attach to your phone as then the cover won’t fit your phone especially in soft silicon cover.
- Colour Difference cannot be considered as an issue as the colours may vary different in different lightings as this is print on demand work & the photos which are uploaded on our website are just mock-ups. You can check Videos which are uploaded for material clarification on our Instagram handle.
- We don't refund, only replacement policy possible if issue is from our side as all cases are customised .i.e. print on demand cases.
- If order moved to production process, we can’t cancel the order.
- For return or exchange just Contact Us with your order reference number.
we try our best to reply within 24-48 working hours. (i.e. Saturday's and Sunday's are not included) - In case of an exceptional approval of refund, the timeline for such refunds would be 5-7 working days
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Please note: Return or exchange are available only for Fitting type of issues and Parcel opening video & Video that explaining fitting issue problem are must.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations under the following conditions:
Customer does not like the product (design, color, finish, etc.)
Customer changes their mind after placing the order
Customer ordered the wrong phone model
Minor color variations due to lighting, screen differences, or printing process
Delay caused by courier partners (beyond our control)
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled if it has entered production.
Replacement Policy
We only offer replacement (not refund) if:
The product delivered is damaged
The wrong product/design was sent by us
There is a manufacturing defect
Mandatory Conditions:
An unboxing video is required (starting from sealed package)
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear proof (video/photos) must be provided
If the package is already opened before recording the video:
The claim will be automatically rejected
No replacement or resolution will be provided under any circumstances
Videos recorded after the package has been opened, partially opened, or tampered with will not be accepted as valid proof.
Wrong Model Ordered by Customer
• Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct phone model.
• Since our products are custom-made and produced on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements for orders placed with the wrong model.
• However, as a goodwill gesture, we may offer a replacement at a discounted price.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order:
No refund will be issued
Shipping, handling, and processing charges will not be refunded.
The order will be considered cancelled by the customer
